1). I've never ordered a sign before, where to start?
Many of our clients have never ordered a sign, and we have lots of experience helping people choose the type of sign that best suits their needs. A good starting point is to spend some time browsing our portfolio, see if you can identify a style of sign that is similar to what you would like. You'll also need to have an approximate idea of what size you would like the sign to be; such as, would you like it to be 2' high by 6' wide? It's important to think about the budget for your sign, so we can design a solution that meets your financial needs. Once you have this information, you can call 707-523-3123 or e-mail us, and we will work with you to create the perfect sign.

No problem – we can match most Pantone colors or paint manufacturers' colors. There is a $90 fee per color to be matched.

4). What kind of signage materials are available?
There is broad range of materials we work with, such as wood, aluminum, acrylic, bronze, stainless steel and many others. If you have a particular material in mind and don't see it on our website, please let us know.

5).What type of file format do you need to create my sign?
We work with a wide array of formats, from hand-drawn sketches to vectorized Illustrator files. The best and most efficient (and most cost-effective) is vectorized artwork in an .eps or .ai format, with the text converted to outlines. If vector artwork is not available, we can scan and vectorize your logo for a nominal fee. The easiest way to get your artwork to us is to e-mail it, or if the file is very large you can also send us a DVD or CD.

6).I have your quote and am ready to order the sign – what should I do?
To start your order, simply sign and send the estimate back to us. We'll need a check or credit card for the 50% deposit, with the balance of the order due at the time we ship your sign. Once we have that, we'll generally e-mail you a proof in 3-5 days so that you can review and approve the final layout of your sign. Completion times vary depending on what type of sign is being ordered, how ever most of our signs are completed within 2-4 weeks after your approval of the artwork.

7).Will I see a proof of my sign before you make it?
Yes! Once you have placed your order, paid the deposit and sent us your artwork, we'll create a proof of your sign, and will e-mail that to you. We will never begin work on your sign until you're completely happy with the layout.

8). Our business is in a different state – do you ship signs?
We ship signs all across the U.S. How ever there are some limitations, such as if a sign is too large then the cost of shipping the sign may be cost prohibitive, but most logo signs and directories can easily be shipped.

Sorry no. We however use our website as our catalog. If you don't see what you want we can most likely work with you to get you a sign that meats your criteria. If find a sign that you like and we don't have something similar to it take a picture and e-mail us it. In most cases we can do it.

We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process. 18). How does your logo design process work?
We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. Our logo design service is very flexible. If you'd like to see only a few concepts or if you need many, our service can be priced according to your needs.
