Our process begins with your quote request. We will ask you a number of questions to help us understand what type of Graphic Design or sign will best suite your needs and budget. Once we have a clear idea of your needs, we will e-mail you a written estimate describing the Design and or signs we will build for you and giving you the exact price for the project. All you need to do then is sign and return the estimate and send us a deposit (by mailing a check, Paypal or credit card via paypal (we will send you an invoice for this), and we can begin creating your design and or signs.
Whether you provide us ready to use artwork or we design your art work for you, we always make sure that all proofs are reviewed by you and signed before construction of your new design and or sign. Once your art work or sign has been completed we will e-mail you the final artwork, send it off to a printer discuss your other options such as web design. When it comes to your sign, we can install them, ship them to you or deliver them to your front door.
We work with many types of artwork formats, including hand-drawn sketches to vectorized files that you supply us. The most efficient format is vectorized artwork, in an .eps or .ai format. Before you do send us your artwork please make sure all your text is in outline format. If you are not able to convert text to outlines, please check with us to see if we have your font type we do have thousands of them so chances are we have it. If vector art is unavailable, we can in most cases scan and vectorize your logo for a minimal charge. Digital format is preferred as it is the most cost effective and efficient way for you getting us your art work This can be done via e-mail, CD, DVD or on a thumb Drive.
